Finding an agent to sell your property when you live interstate is tricky. We read Jonathan’s reviews on the Belle website. I gave him a call and was so glad I did. He gave us confidence in the process. Walked us through all the steps and recommended a Conveyancer . We also had the problem that our tenants had recently signed a new 12 month lease. Jonathan negotiated with the tenants to leave before we proceeded with the sale. I found Jonathan easy to talk to. He kept us informed of anything that was happening throughout. I found him honest, reliable and trustworthy. With getting a result so fast, it took a lot of stress out of the whole process. I would certainly recommend Jonathan to anyone thinking of selling a property.

When contemplating selling our home at Camp Hill we invited quotes from three top Realtors in our area. I personally have owned, bought and sold eight houses during my eighty odd years.
