Patient and went over and above
Our purchase was a longer than normal process because a third party was managing the seller’s property, legal and finance. John was very patient through this process and gave us the appropriate advice even though the communication were delayed and at times unclear from the seller’s side. He helped us navigate through the negotiations, the unusual contract terms, settlement period, etc. John also recommended a demolition company who we used to demolish clear the property

Darrell was extremely friendly, efficient, hard working and seemed to have good knowledge and understanding of the market. He went the extra mile. Although it took awhile to eventually sell, the higher than expected sales price made the wait worth it. I would highly recommend Darrell (and just have) and would not hesitate to utilize his services again should the need arise.
