Having both grown up in the local area & both lived & worked overseas, when it came to settling down & raising their families they both returned to their home area which embodies a true sense of community, opportunity & family. Joining Belle Property was a natural move, having both achieved great success (both multiple award winners) & having sold real estate locally for many years. Amazing Team!

We’ve recently moved to Australia and as many people will know, finding a rental is hard as it is, let alone finding a rental with a good property manager. We’re certainly lucky to have Rebecca as our property manager, and she and the team at Belle Property Cornubia are wonderful. Any questions or concerns we have are addressed quickly, they’re friendly and professional, and overall lovely to deal with. Amazing experience

Being a tennant through Bell property Cornubia, has been a great experience, especially dealing with Elizabeth Bayard property manager. Tenancy for 6A Penelope Dr, Cornubia

I started a 12 month tenancy agreement for the above property on 17 July 2024. Rebecca Prosser is the property manager for this property. Rebecca is a very pleasant and personable member of Belle Cornubia and showed these qualities from the time of the tenancy inspection date 7/6/24 when we first met. Rebecca has carried out the role of property manager very well in regard to providing relative entry forms for the tenancy etc, answering subsequent questions raised in regard to the property in a timely manner. Rebecca provides friendly, accurate tenant advice in what can be a challenging profession.

Wonderful rental property managers

Elizabeth and Rebecca are the best property managers I have ever had in over 30 years. They are great communicators who actually listen to my concerns. They are professional, knowledgeable and have a clear understanding of the needs of both the owner and the resident. They make themselves available and are aware of the importance of returning my calls and emails promptly. They are a valuable asset in managing my property, making my life so much easier.
