Great communications when any issues came up, and made us aware we had an issue we hadn’t been told about by prior agency. Dealt with it comprehensively and was super collaborative in organising a bunch of repairs and a total mid-life refresh for the house, so it’s more functional, better for tenants and a better investment. Can be trusted to deal with anything- 100% recommend to anyone

As an interstate investor, managing my property from afar was a major concern. Gina and the team at Redland Coast Realty have been outstanding from day one. They provided a clear and transparent strategy for tenanting the property, executed it flawlessly, and found a high-quality tenant in a remarkably short time. The communication throughout the process was excellent. I received regular updates, and was walked through every step. I never felt out of the loop, despite being thousands of miles away. If you want the best choose Stone Real Estate Aspley

Samantha Rowland and her team and our property manager Daniel Higgins are fantastic. We have had multiple properties managed by Stone and have nothing but praise. Daniel our property manager is professional, on point with managing tenant requests and ensures quotes and works are completed efficiently. All inspections pre, post and 12 weekly are professional, well documented, easy to read and very thorough. Excellent communication both verbal and written. Ensures each party is accountable and that all issues are resolved quickly. We have never had an issue Samantha or Daniel have not been able to rectify. They are 10 out of 10.

Efficient & Effective Property Manager

Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent. We live in NSW, but it felt like we had our own Project Manager on site in QLD ! Kandace was fantastic at organising the trades and would call us immediately anything needed to be discussed. Following the refurb, Kandace was quick to get the property on the market and leased to a quality tenant at the right price. Kandace is a great communicator and helped us make the right decisions for our investment. We could not recommend her highly enough ! Thanks Kandace :)
