Easy to communicate with and readily contactable. Agent has always been quick to respond to issues for both landlord and tenants. Prompt reporting and payments to Landlord.

We have recently purchased a property with Matt Tennant and his team and they are now managing the rental property for us. Our experience has been excellent from start to finish. Matt was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the sales process, and made it v easy for us. Lisa has been managing the property and they have been incredibly knowledgeable, organised and responsive, making it a very easy process for us. We would highly recommend working with them!

As an interstate investor, managing my property from afar was a major concern. Gina and the team at Redland Coast Realty have been outstanding from day one. They provided a clear and transparent strategy for tenanting the property, executed it flawlessly, and found a high-quality tenant in a remarkably short time. The communication throughout the process was excellent. I received regular updates, and was walked through every step. I never felt out of the loop, despite being thousands of miles away. It's a relief to have such a competent and proactive team looking after my investment. I have full confidence in them and highly recommend their services to any property owner, especially those managing from a distance.

The communication was pretty amazing. Especially from Shane, our property manager. I've also called the office, everyone was very helpful. Couldn't be happier ☺️ I consider myself very lucky to be renting through them.

Since 2018 Astute Realty has been nothing but an excellent suppprt to us on every level. I've developed a very good relationship with Phil, Tammy, Nicole and all the great staff. Everything they do is very professional and knowledgeable of the property market both in sales and rental management. Our house was built and guided through the process by Astute from Land purchase, design, build, regulations, advertising, tennants, looking after tennants, and property management. This process, with their vast experience Astute made seamless. They have always been very prompt, return communications straight away, wise in their dealings and negotiating, and sound in depth advice whenever I have a question or unexpected situation arises. For me, the biggest thing is trust, which I can confidently say I have fully with Astute over the 8 years I have been connected there. This carries huge weight with me on a personal level as unfortunately it cannot be said about every company. I would highly recommend Astute Realty, and I have, to anyone. Thanks Team!

Nothing is ever a problem for the MPM team. Would recommend them to any prospective landlords or tenants.
