I chose Nick Duchatel as the agent to sell my Cromer house, over a number of other more experienced, highly qualfied agents. I had originally met him at at the opening of a house I was interested in and although we didn't end up buying that house, he stayed in touch with me, semi-regularly offering relevant, helpful information that assisted my own house search. When it came time to sell my house, the pitch he gave to me was tailor-made and contained research and data specific to my property and my needs, whereas the pitches from other agents tended to be very generic and not at all specific to my house. For someone relatively young he is very mature and knowledgable about his profession and the northern beaches market place. He ran a very thorough campaign for us and always delivered everything he promised, including the sale price we were aiming for. Nick is personable, polite, professional and passionate about his role in helping you buy and sell real estate. He is virtually always available to his clients and I would have no hesitation recommending him and Belle Property Dee Why to my friends and family.
