We were very pleased with Nick and his team. They were very energetic and professional and strove to get maximum exposure for our property. He constantly kept us informed during the sales process. He was able to think on his feet and adjusted his approach as the campaign proceeded based on buyer feedback. I would recommend Nick to any prospective seller.

You have to know your area as well as the market, to guide the buyers, to achieve the end result of a good campagne for the owner.Nick went beyond the norm to help both seller and buyer , to have an excellent auction. Many thanks to him and we hope he achieve all his goals.

We had the highest value sale in the district on the day and an all-time record for the street. Brendan and his team ran a fantastic marketing campaign and their advice on staging the house for sale was excellent - as evidenced by the great result. Brendan also helped us work through some contractual issues post-auction and his assistance ultimately lead to a smooth trouble-free exchange. Thank you to all the team at Belle Property Dee Why.

We recently sold a property through Belle. They were recommended to us by someone who said that unlike many agents, they really looked after the vendor. Brendan Pomponio & Nick Duchatel were the agents who represented us. And represent us they did. They were terrific during the campaign, keeping us in the loop at all times, passing on all relevant information, comments and details, ready to answer any questions we had. They were courteous and respectful at all times and took notice of any feedback from us during the campaign. They met all our expectations.

Brendan , Nick and the team were always professional attentive and performed an all round excellent job with the sale of our home . Communicating on a regular basis all feedback and updates was a feature compared to some agents we have used in the past.

I have dealt with Brendan both as a buyer and a seller. I was so impressed with his professionalism when I first bought from him that I only considered him when I went to sell my property 2 years later. Brendan and his team are at all times 100% professional, polite and respectful of both the vendor and the buyers. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision and I was fully informed of my options. I was happy for the result in both dealings, both as a purchaser and a seller. I always felt that the final decision re price paid or sold was my decision and not that of the Agent. Brendan is supported by an excellent team whom compliment each other. I felt that the entire team worked towards my goals and were overall concerned that I be happy that I achieve my results. I would definately recommend Brendan and his team.

I met Nick for the very first time when viewing a property in Toronto Ave. He was so very polite and professional from the very first moment that he introduced himself. Nick helped us find our new home and sell our current home, he couldnt have been more helpful, we couldnt have wished for a better agent. Nick is an excellent ambassador for your company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Nick. Thank you so very much.

I would highly recommend Nick and the team at belle Dee Why to sell your property. Nick always carried himself professionally as an agent and was always at call when needed. Nick was well presented and held a high standard. Best of all, Nick always had a smile on his face regardless of the task handed to him. I would no date use Nick again when needed.

Nick assisted me with the sale of my home in December 2014. We had purchased before we sold which was always going to put us under pressure. Timing was also as issue with the run up to Christmas. However Nick came in and alleviated some of the pressure by completely taking care of marketing our property and getting it ready for sale in under a week. We were running a tight deadline however he stillanaged to get 70 groups through to give us a broad net of potential purchasers. The house did not sell on auction day but with Nick's quick actions and negotiation skills, had the property sold within a day or two. I was particularly impressed in the way Nick liaised with potential buyers always being entirely professional and honest. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend Nick and Belle Property to any prospective vendors. They are a class outfit.

We found Nick at Belle Property Dee Why to be very honest and professional at all times. He kept us up to date with all feedback he received while selling our home via phone calls after each open as well as documented weekly reporting. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick in the future.

In July 2014 we engaged Brendan Essery from Belle Property to assist in the process of selling our family home of 60 years. This was my first foray into the Sydney property market and I was apprehensive about the process from beginning to close. Brendan and his team kept me well informed along the way, took the time to answer every question with patience and integrity and my family and I appreciated most of all his honesty regarding the auction, listing and sale process. Brendan’s performance during the property’s video presentation was sincere and well adapted to the sale potential. I always felt that Brendan took on board what we had to say and worked in our best interests. His attention to detail on inspection days was pleasantly surprising. He and his team were on time, well presented, congenial and well informed. Brendan is an intuitive individual who researches and delivers good communication to a varied spectrum of clients and sees a match in the right buyer to the right property. We were very happy with the process and the completion of the sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Brendan and his team to sell any property. Anne Marleen Hissink 22 September, 2014
