Nick assisted me with the sale of my home in December 2014. We had purchased before we sold which was always going to put us under pressure. Timing was also as issue with the run up to Christmas. However Nick came in and alleviated some of the pressure by completely taking care of marketing our property and getting it ready for sale in under a week. We were running a tight deadline however he stillanaged to get 70 groups through to give us a broad net of potential purchasers.
