Steve and his team did a great job explaining what we could best do to present our house for sale - styling furniture, painting, handyman, window cleaning, etc, Steve provided us with contacts for all the preparations. Next Steve provided a great marketing campaign. Then, when leads presented themselves he tracked, chased, and harassed as required. When our final lead put in an offer Steve negotiated and cajoled them to an increased offer. Belle properties provided us with a cohesive, high performing team to sell our property, and we are delighted by process and final outcome.
