Steve and Liam Burke provided sensible and helpful advice regarding preparing the property for auction and realistic price estimates. They also organised a painter and handyman to complete several jobs for us. They recommended a stylist who visited the property and furnished it to a high standard. When the 22 day selling period commenced they contacted us after each open for inspection with details of the number of groups attending and any relevant comments. Steve and Liam attended every open for inspection which provided Steve, the auctioneer with knowledge of potential buyers. They also provided a detailed weekly written report of interest in the property. Prior to the auction they provided details of six potential buyers. Steve conducted an excellent auction with outstanding results. We found them helpful, knowledgeable and friendly throughout.
