Really enjoyed our dealing with Jay at Belle Property.
1. My Wife and I (joint owners of this Melbourne property) live in Perth WA. 2. The initial decision to use Belle Property for this sale resulted from positive dealings about 15 months ago when we used Belle Property to take over the rental management. They were great. 3. When we decided to sell, the communication was excellent. 4. We were not sure initially about the value of all the "electronic" advertising as we do not now how the purchaser got to find out about the property. 5. The weekly "electronic" reports were fine. However the telephone reports after each opening time were excellent. 6. There were some "trials" in getting the sale to "unconditional" but the sales and rental team worked through it. 7. The eventual purchase outcome was beyond our expectation. Thank you Team Belle Property.

Dedicated, hard working and a great negotiator.
