I was very happy with the service that I received from Jay, Steve and the wider Hocking Stewart Glen Iris team. The sale of the property did require a larger time investment by Jay and was really instrumental in helping the buyer become a first home buyer. From my experience, not all agents would've spent the extra time helping the buyer but as a seller, i was very happy and thankful that Jay spent the time. The property had an offer within a couple of weeks and all potential buyers were also vetted. Great job. Thanks for the help.
