I have known Steve Burke since August of 2018 when he sold a property for me in Tennyson Street, Malvern East. The very first thing that impressed me about Steve is his honesty in telling me what I needed to hear, and I obtained a great deal of comfort in being able to trust his judgement and advice in how to present the property for sale based on his experience and significant track record of success. In all dealings with Steve, he has displayed the utmost professionalism and sensitivity to my needs and concerns, while balancing that with what he thinks the best approach for his client, in order to obtain the most favourable outcome. His approach is direct and honest and very personable. I was so happy with my dealings with Steve that I subsequently appointed him to sell my father's property in Finch Street Malvern East in March of 2019, as a result of a deceased estate. Both properties were sold in difficult circumstances, and despite the falling market, Steve provided us with favorable outcomes for both. This is a direct result of the hard work put in by Steve and his team. A very honest, personable and professional guy, who operates with a great deal of integrity.
