Excellent 5 Stars. There were lots of additional difficulties and over a longer than usual time period and several hiccups however Steve and the other agents helped me, reassured me and made lots of helpful suggestions. His follow-up to me and to the potential purchases was excellent and may people commented on how good the agent/auctioneer was. He managed to gain a higher than expected purchase price. I have already recommended him to others.

The service that Jay provided was first class. He was friendly and polite and happy to answer questions, but not in your face which I appreciated. He also understood my concerns about putting in an offer prior to auction and he managed that process extremely well right through to agreeing on the sale price.
