He already had a data base from which to draw as he had sold a property in the same building recently. The expenses we avoided by selling with Thomas was also a bonus. You know how all agents tell you they have a data base of people just busting to buy your property and most of the time it is not true, but in Thomas's case it actually was true - can highly recommend Thomas to sell your property.
