Jayne was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole purchasing process. She is approachable, reliable and communicative. I cannot fault Belle Property's service and would have no hesitation in recommending them to sellers and buyers alike.

We absolutely loved our experience with Belle Property, Thomas and Dragan in particular. Not only have they achieved outstanding outcome in selling our property, they’ve also found us our dream house. They are both dedicated professionals with impressive knowledge of local market. They were reliable, always there to answer any of our questions and they made the entire process run smoothly. We could not recommend them enough and could not think of anyone else for any of our future property management needs.

Both Dragan and Thomas Pelosi were consummate professionals when selling our apartment. At our first meeting, they already had everything already prepared and comfortably assuaged us of our misgivings prior to listing. For the first few weeks the apartment was on the market there was little interest, prompting us to reconsider our decision. However, Dragan and Thomas consistently reassured us that we were just experiencing the caprices of the housing market. Their prediction was correct, as about one week after listing we received a flurry of interest resulting in us selling our apartment for more than we originally anticipated. Both relators are extremely professional, amiable, and reliable. We will definitely seek their services when next engaging in the Illawarra’s property market.

All went well. Good communication. A slightly different process to usual sale due to the lease arrangements etc.

Working with Dragan was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. His professionalism and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This was my first time purchasing a home and he helped me at each step of the process. Dragan was always available to talk to or a quick text message away. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend Dragan to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent. Thank you for helping us Dragan! :)
