I am very happy I had Jayne as my agent. I’m my experience she has gone beyond my expectations. She kept me informed at every step (even if it was a Sunday), answered all my questions and helped with the process of having the property looking its best for inspection. Again I am so glad I went with Jayne and Belle. I would highly recommend.

Nicole has been a fantastic agent. Upon first meeting, she politely but professionally told me what my unit needed to sell and I did exactly as instructed. It is for this, I believe what got me a fantastic result. Kept me in the loop. Updated always and made sure I was taken care of well.

Nicole was excellent in guiding us through the selling process as first time sellers, she communicated clearly and regularly throughout the entire sales process and was able to negotiate and follow through with an excellent price for our unit. The marketing team at Belle also did an outstanding job in creating highly polished marketing material for the unit.
