Darren and Nicole Kay, together with their highly professional team, did a great job in helping us getting our property to market. They provided sound advise throughout the process which resulted in a successful sale within short period of time. This is very positive outcome mirrors our previous experience with Belle Property Wollongong so it is an easy decision to retain their services whenever we need to be in the market to buy, sell or manage a property.

As first home buyers who had been attending open homes and dealing with real estate agents for many months, we were over the moon with the purchase of our property through Belle Property Illawarra and the service that was provided. Thomas was fantastic to deal with during the entire process, providing excellent communication in a professional manner. His team were also very efficient and made the process as seemless as possible. We can't speak highly enough and would recommend Thomas and his team with no hesitation.

Extremely positive experience All aspects of the process were positive Thomas is a real professional in his field

Tonee was professional and responsive. I felt that she provided a greater level of transparency than most agents. Her level of post sale care is also appreciated (for example, connecting us to the rental team, and making a time for us to take our family through the property before settlement).
