If you are looking to actually SELL a home in Swansea, not just LIST it and have it sit there with a FOR SALE sign out the front, then I recommend Neil Fry. Neil used his network of contacts (which include a very extensive database of Sydney buyers) to achieve a quick, uncomplicated sale for us at the price we wanted.
