Neil was a pleasure to deal with. Prior to seeing this property, we had had offers knocked back/out bid and were feeling quite disillusioned by the whole process. once we made our offer to for this property, Neil was very honest and efficient with communicating with us and the vendor which resulted in an offer being accepted within 48 hours.

Neil Fry is a very professional and honest estate agent. We had the pleasure of having Neil take care of the sale of our property which sold quickly and stress free. Neil stands out by far as the best estate agent that we have had the pleasure to meet and to sell our property.

I have been buying, selling (and even family renting) exclusively using Neil for approx 30 years since I first bought our retirement home from him then. It was logical that when the time came to sell our home and downsize Neil was the one who sold it. I have always found him to be great at his job with his expertise in all areas of real estate. The time has now come to retire once again, this time to the wonderful Gold Coast where we have recently bought a unit and intend to live the holiday dream! I wish Neil all the best, couldn't have found anyone else so obliging and successful at his job. Good luck Neil, I think I have the credentials to recommend you unreservedly to anyone who needs the best!
