Neil was fantastic to sell with. He new my property well and had a great understanding of the buyers market for my type of home. We focused on getting buyers through the door to experience the size of the house and the free flowing layout looking out to the pool. I was so impressed with the marketing.It was great to be able to accept an offer on the second day of advertising and only hours after the first open house inspection. We both agreed that with the right amount of work, the property would make a fantastic family home for the next 20 years and Neil found a buyer that agreed and we locked in the contract. Neil recently sold our property in sapphire close and we couldn't be happier with the result. Neil was faced with the task of getting a premium price, where the property was empty and Neil acheived this result over the Christmas break. The reason we chose Neil was because of his attention to detail and communication, far exceeding other local agents. However the standout behaviour was that Neil did not stop showing our house between Christmas and New Years and performed an open home two times a week. This effort got the result in our desired timeframe and we couldn't be happier. Neil did all of this without the typical ego you find with most agents, which is extremely refreshing. In turn my wife and I highly recommend Neil in all future transactions! When we eventually buy back in the area, Neil will be the first person we call.
