Neil secured us a price well above our expectations. At one stage of the negotiation we were willing to accept one of the offers presented but he told us to let him speak to those interested and we ended up securing an extra $70k or close to 10%. The whole process took less than two weeks. We were interstate owners and he provided us with great advice about how to manage the sale, what to do with the tenants and kept us fully informed during the negotiations with multiple phone calls and emails.
