Neil really knows his stuff! He achieved better than expected results in an amazingly short time. He was also able to sell another property in a week when a previous agent couldn't do it 6mths! I highly recommend Neil to sell your property quickly , hassle free and at the right price!

I found Neil to be courteous and friendly without being pushy and he offered suggestions to enhance the property from a buyers perspective. Neil also kept me abreast of interested parties and offers at every stage. He handled everything for me, and as I was going through a stressful time with an aging mother, I appreciated his caring manner and understanding. The property sold well within my timeframe and at a price above what I was expecting.

Neil secured us a price well above our expectations. At one stage of the negotiation we were willing to accept one of the offers presented but he told us to let him speak to those interested and we ended up securing an extra $70k or close to 10%. The whole process took less than two weeks. We were interstate owners and he provided us with great advice about how to manage the sale, what to do with the tenants and kept us fully informed during the negotiations with multiple phone calls and emails. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neil.
