this was a very harrowing purchase dealing with the vendor was extremely difficult and caused quite a lot stress Neil Fry was very professional in all aspects of the purchase. We would highly recommend Neil to any real estate dealings. regards Brian & Denise Lush.

Our first home in Caves Beach was sold through Neil Fry nearly 17 years ago and we have remained friends with Neil and his family ever since then. Earlier this year we were looking for an investment property and decided to call on Neil's expertise once again. Neil listened to what we were looking for and suggested a property away for us to look at that was actually a few klms away from area we were thinking of. Not really interested in that area, we reluctuntly agreed to view the property only to be totally amazed at what we were shown. After one more viewing, we decided to go ahead with the purchase and instructed Neil to start negotiations. Neil made many phone calls back and forth to the vendor only to eventually come up with the sale. We were thrilled and have been estactic with the holiday house that we now own.

Very professional. Very good communication and the house was sold quickly without any fuss. Good to deal with and would recommend him.

I would like to recommend Neil to any proposed seller. Neil obtained record prices for both properties. He provided constant feedback and honest interpretation of any issues attached to the sale. He was available 24/7 to discuss any elements of the sale and would follow up immediately on any commitments.

We found it necessary to have to sell our block of land in Caves Beach. It had been on the market with an agent for many months with no success and very little communication. On asking Neil Fry to help us, we had immediate interest in the block, heaps of communication and a very quick sale. We found Neil to be very personable and efficient, a pleasure to deal with and we received a good outcome. Neil has a very good knowledge of the local area and we highly recommend him for his honesty, efficiency, negotiation skills and helpfulness. Thank you Neil!

My wife and I recently purchased a property of Neil at the end of 2015. Our experience was a non stressful one and Neil was easy to contact and negotiate with. Made an offer on the Friday was negotiated and excepted by the Sunday. Highly recommended.

Neil's industry and location knowledge means that he can play the good guy for both vendor and buyer. My experience with Neil has me feeling like we got a fair price for our purchase and we left feeling very comfortable with that in mind. No sales pitch, no hidden agenda, Neil is someone who you can trust and be quite open with.

It has been 2 1/2 years since we made the move to beautiful Caves Beach. We absolutely love it here and after being in the market for the right property for almost 3 years, we think Neil Fry was the difference between this outcome and our previous. From the moment we spoke to Neil at the open house we felt comfortable and really appreciated his honesty and openness. It was the same throughout the whole process and for that reason everything went very smoothly and was actually easy! It is the only time we've bought a property and not had nagging doubts. We would certainly recommend Neil to anyone wanting to buy or sell. He is a genuine man and not just there to make a sale.

Neil assisted us in the purchase of our home at Caves Beach. We appreciated his honesty and integrity through the negiotation process. Neil and his team were a great help as we moved from Queensland to Caves Beach by arranging for cleaners and pest controllers to have access to the house prior to our moving in. Neil had an excellent knowledge and understanding of the property market in the Caves Beach/Swansea areas and has kept us updated with the market since we settled. We highly recommend Neil Fry to anyone wishing to sell or purchase property in the Lake Macquarie area.

Neil was selected by my sister and I re sale of our late mother's home. We selected Neil as he had the best track record selling homes in the area. His negotiating skills saw initial bids lift by approx. $25000 - a great result.
