Only the best will do
Its a big decision to choose an agent who will sell your most valuable asset. On the surface they all look the same, Belle was one of the standouts, so I dug deeper and when I saw the name "Holgate" I knew he was the one. The name Holgate is synonymous with real estate, 3 generations all in the Lane Cove, North Shore area, and Tim proved they deserve it. Tim was very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable of the areas and my house sold for within 2% of what he estimated. Thanks Tim and Melissa
