The strategy developed for us worked exactly as planned & we achieved the price at the higher end of our expectations within 3 weeks without having the added stress of having to go to auction. Nisha did an outstanding job in preparing us for setting up/staging the property to highlight the key selling features, including introducing tradesmen to conduct minor renovations to improve presentation prior to sale which was a major factor in obtaining the higher price. All in all, we were very happy with the service provided by Tim and the whole team and definitely recommend him to sell your property.

Being our first experience as buyers, Pat was very transparent with information about the property and was very responsive at every stage of the process. We felt that our messages were communicated promptly and clearly to the seller, allowing for a seamless transition from initial inspection to exchange of contracts. I surely wouldn't recommend Patrick. This was our second property we sold with him. While our first experience was good, this time it was terrible. Before signing the contract, he seemed friendly and accommodating and painting an optimistic picture, but his promises and actions turned out to be empty. After we signed the contract, his true intentions became clear—he was focused on his own gain rather than our best interests. Patrick misled us multiple times and instead of listening to our preferences, he pushed his own ideas and agenda, resulting in a lower sale price than expected. What's even worse is how Patrick became acquainted with the buyers of our property and began pursuing a deal to sell their property with him. He started favoring the buyers while neglecting our needs and interests, which was clearly a conflict of interest. In summary, Patrick's conduct throughout this transaction has been nothing short of disgraceful. dodgy, greedy, and utterly untrustworthy, he has proven himself unworthy of recommendation to anyone seeking a competent and ethical real estate agent.
