From start to finish, Christian (very ably assisted by Tess) did a splendid job with the sale of our house. The level of service was exceptional. Christian kept us constantly updated and provided invaluable assistance and guidance throughout the process). Tess was amazing as well including in helping us coordinate getting our house ready for sale. Nothing was a problem for this team.

Helpful onsite Belle representatives. The ownership title was described as Folio, a term I have not been involved with previously. There was some uncertainty as to how this system operates. My solicitor researched the issue and finally discovered the title is Sub-Folio.

Dolan is the 5-star North Shore agent you need. He took on our listing from another agent, and had it sold within two weeks of being on the market. When we asked to change advertising strategy he was all over it, nothing was to much, he was present for all discussions and eased our minds in a stressful situation.

We recently sold our Mum’s apartment through Megan Thomas at Belle Property Mosman. Megan ensured the whole process ran very smoothly from start to finish. She provided valuable assistance and recommendations for all aspects of the campaign and was extremely responsive throughout, providing regular updates and access to the property outside the scheduled viewing times whenever requested. We were very pleased with the result achieved at auction and highly recommend Megan and her team.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Tom Scarpignato and Christian Percuocco at Belle Property Crows Nest. Throughout the entire selling process, they were professional, direct and clear in their communication, which gave us complete confidence in their approach. They used their extensive reach in the market to attract the right buyers for our property and managed those relationships exceptionally well, ensuring potential buyers had all the information they needed. We really appreciated their thorough and informative reporting, which kept us involved at every stage. Whenever we needed guidance, they were there to provide it — but they never pushed us in any particular direction. We’d highly recommend both Christian & Tom from Belle Property to anyone looking for a dedicated, transparent and effective selling agent.

Megan led the sale with honesty and transparency. She was very communicative, keeping Kellie and me updated almost daily. Her local knowledge and understanding of the market helped us manage our expectations and ensured we had a clear understanding of what was transpiring during the sale process. Friends recommended Megan to us, and we are happy that we had Megan working with us to achieve a positive and stress-free result.
