We've known Tom a few years now when we first started looking for our place... you'd be hard pressed to do house hunting on the lower north shore without coming across Tom's friendly face at least once if not more! We stayed in touch since then and when it came to deciding to sell & then find an agent... it was a no brainer who we would be going with! Whilst we were approached by others in the area, from the get go it felt right with Tom. We never felt like he was "selling" us anything, he's someone with true passion for his job. We entrusted him to sell our much loved home and every step of the way him and Georgie have been such a delight to deal with! Every aspect of the sale was considered, and I doubt without them we would have gotten anywhere near our sale price! On behalf of our mother, we primarily dealt with Mark Jackson from Belle, Neutral bay (and Geoff Dean, Belle, Lindfield). It was great work with the team over the past few months and especially for us with assist mum an elderly woman through a hard period of transitioning from her home of 40 years. It was a pretty crazy time overall and with both Mark & Geoff's assistance it was quite amazing as you and your support teams made the process transparent, seamless and actually quite enjoyable and we felt part of the team all focussed on getting the right outcome and best price possible. *Communication was excellent *Area Knowledge was excellent *Marketing plan and approach was excellent *Overall professionalism was excellent The auction process was great (although a bit nerve racking on the day), and a great to see mum's home go to a lovely couple and attract a great price, well over reserve.
