We recently sold our family unit at Cremorne Point and Matthew was our agent. Wow, he was amazing throughout the whole process. Constant contact, always keeping us up to date as to how everything was progressing. He was warm and charming both to us and to the potential buyers. He showed a genuine interest in people, and was always kind and understanding. He made sure he knew what we wanted and also what the potential buyers wanted. He listened and did everything and more that was asked of him. He made sure that he knew all about our property and surrounds and was able to answer all potential buyer questions and promote all the very best aspects of our property. He was always on time, always organised, always well presented and helpful. When a potential buyer came through the door at an open for inspection day, they immediately felt at ease with Matthew. He was so attentive, interested and polite. He is also a very good businessman who worked extremely hard to get us the price that we wanted. On auction day, he spoke in depth with each of the registered bidders (that he had built strong relationships with over the course of the campaign) and encouraged them to bid strong.
