I can not speak highly enough of Mark Jackson and his team at Belle Property Neutral Bay. I found Mark to be an incredibly sharp operator exploring every possible avenue and thinking of absolutely everything to gain the best result. I felt nothing but at ease throughout the whole process knowing Mark was on the job. I was never left wondering what was happening at any stage and I found the communication exceptional. From the outset I set Mark a challenge, setting a tough reserve otherwise I was staying put and renovating. Needles to say I have sold with Mark reaching the reserve and then some, happy days! I have absolutely no hesitation what so ever in recommending Mark, he did an outstanding job leaving me 100% confident he achieved the best result possible. If you are putting your property on the market do yourself a favour and contact Mark. If he is the right agent for you then simply sit back and enjoy the ride! In summery what an outstanding agent!

We selected Belle Property at Neutral Bay to sell a water front home at Kirribilli. Mark Jackson and Matthew Smythe and the Belle Property Team provided a very professional, efficient and effective approach which led to the successful sale. We understand that the sale price was a record price achieved at an auction on the lower North Shore. The presentation and marketing exposure of the property was excellent, we received informative feed-back during the process and we were pleased with the result.

Mark Jackson did a wonderful job presenting and marketing the property at its best. He made sure to keep us abreast of what was happening throughout the campaign, and did not give up when things didn't go quite as well as hoped. He is always professional but also personable and approachable. Thank you Mark, to you and your team, for helping us sell our property!
