He was so attentive, interested and polite. He is also a very good businessman who worked extremely hard to get us the price that we wanted. On auction day, he spoke in depth with each of the registered bidders (that he had built strong relationships with over the course of the campaign) and encouraged them to bid strong. Matthew intimately knows the market on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. He made a number of very practical suggestions that helped us achieve an excellent result.
