Christian Percuoco of Belle Property was professional, expert, efficient, friendly and always approachable in assisting me to successfully find a new home which suited my specific requirements. He is very knowledgeable about the properties available and the facilities of the area. I greatly appreciated his clear prompt answers to my questions, and the professional support provided throughout the buying process. Christian was an absolute professional throughout the process. He maintained integrity and transparency throughout the purchasing journey and helped us secure what will be the dream home that we’ll move into when we transition to the next chapter of life. Highly recommend him as an agent that is able to communicate the interests of both the buying and selling parties. Thank you, Soren and Fedora

I chose Helen because I trust her; she is authentic and inspires confidence. She demonstrated commitment to me as the client and was always working in my best interests. She communicated very well and I always knew exactly where we were in the selling process. She was very open and transparent and we landed exactly where she predicted we would. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property. Helen is a genuinely lovely person of high integrity and trust.

Working with Helen Wilson has been an absolute pleasure from the outset for both my wife and I - she came very well prepared to our first meeting with comparative sales that were closely matched, high quality presentation media and intuitively overcame square meterage and modern styling objections in her marketing of the property and we felt was able to really leverage the house's period features and appeal. Her familiarity with the suburb having been brought up there was a huge advantage to us. We interviewed a number of agents prior to meeting her - she was the only one that really got it and stood out by a country mile over the others. Highlights: # early styling advice well received # impressed with her professionalism in formally arranging meetings, handling communications and providing/reviewing buyer reports # appreciated her honesty and transparency in communicating with us # did a great job maximising the value of our property and identifying and finding the ideal buyer profile # was adept interacting with us and managing our expectations # intuitive handling of negotiations and communicating to us openly and accurately where we were in the selling process and the status of the potential buyers to secure the deal Helen Wilson presents as a very open, honest and positive personality, combined with in-depth IP of real estate selling. She is a highly intelligent and gifted individual, excels at cultivating the client relationship and is a credit to the agency and Belle Property Group as a whole.
