I have worked with Mark Jackson as his auctioneer for over 12 years, so when it came time to sell my own property – it was a no brainer to use him and his team. I must admit, I was very stressed at the start of the process having already purchased elsewhere, but Mark and Ben worked tirelessly to keep my mind at ease throughout. Every piece of advice they gave was spot on. They made suggestions about ensuring the property was vacant and how to make that happen, styling, painting, and maintenance. They suggested somethings were worthwhile, while others were not which was extremely helpful and in the end, no doubt saved money. Throughout the campaign, they provided me with almost daily feedback. They were spot on with the feedback they gave throughout and knew exactly what would happen on auction day. There were no surprises at all. Being in real estate myself, I could have chosen just about any agent to sell, but I would choose Mark, Ben & the team again in a heartbeat.
