Now his daughters have graduated St Louis de Montfort and currently attend Kilbreda. Supreme Service

My husband and I had the absolute privilege of having Matthew Marshall and the team at Belle Mentone guide us through the sale of my late father’s home. From the outset Matthew was professional and listened to our needs and hopes from the sale of the property. His appraisal and valuation of the property was thorough and accurate especially at a time when there was a great deal of uncertainty in the market. I was initially hesitant to present the property at auction as it had seen better days and during inspection days there was little interest. Throughout Matthew remained focussed, positive and encouraging. Auction day was extremely challenging but Matthew continued to go above and beyond in his service to us as he had all along and he was able to secure a price way beyond what we could have hoped for. In the days since our sale all the Belle Mentone staff have been friendly and attentive in answering our questions and providing advice. An amazing selling experience.
