I cannot recommend Matthew Marshall enough, all i can say is thanks. He assisted us in absolutely every aspect with the sale of the property. The advice he gave was thorough, accurate and at no point did i feel that he wasn't in control of everything. We had some issues due to it being a deceased estate, but Matthew guided us through all of the paperwork without a single hiccup. I have heard many times from many people that the sale of a house is a very stressful time, but at no point was i worried, because there was no need to be... everything that needed to be known, Matthew knew, and dealt with. Because of Matthew, i believe that we got a very decent price for the property in a what i would consider a reasonably tough market. So to sum it up.... Thanks Matthew... you did wonders. The only thing that could make this experience better was if you supported the Mighty Blues! So there is room for improvement. :D

Simon was very professional and courteous. At our first meeting he had taken the time to review other similar properties in the area that had recently sold so could provide a good estimate of a price range. He had previously advised us about how we should present the property for selling, which was very useful and we took all his suggestions on board. He communicated with us frequently on the inspections and feedback from potential buyers. He worked very hard to help us sell our property. We were happy with all aspects of this process.
