At our first meeting he had taken the time to review other similar properties in the area that had recently sold so could provide a good estimate of a price range. He had previously advised us about how we should present the property for selling, which was very useful and we took all his suggestions on board. He communicated with us frequently on the inspections and feedback from potential buyers. He worked very hard to help us sell our property. We were happy with all aspects of this process.

There were ‘complications’ with the Section 32 that were unexpected and unusual but Matthew went above and beyond to sort this out and keep the potential buyers interested whilst reassuring us that everything will be fine. He was well informed and has excellent communication skills. The outcome of the sale was terrific. He is an excellent negotiator.
