There were ‘complications’ with the Section 32 that were unexpected and unusual but Matthew went above and beyond to sort this out and keep the potential buyers interested whilst reassuring us that everything will be fine. He was well informed and has excellent communication skills. The outcome of the sale was terrific. He is an excellent negotiator. Matthew was always willing to listen and share his knowledge and experience with us. We have no hesitation to recommend him.
