It would be remiss of us not to properly take the time to acknowledge Simon's amazing efforts across the spectrum for the sale of our property. His most considered, uniquely strategic, marketing advice, regular email and phone contact, helpfulness with those little nuisance things were all fantastic. Not to mention his total and genuinely respectful treatment of not only ourselves but the prospective purchasers which makes a potentially stressful process a pleasant one for all involved. Importantly the only pressure in the whole process was that which Simon placed on himself to achieve the best outcome for us his Vendors. Real estate is in Simon's blood, he is second generation, he loves it, is super engaged and it shows. Behind all of the above of course is his assistant and wife Miranda whose delightful aura and professionalism augment all of the above (Thankyou Miranda). In summary Simon and Miranda are Real Estate Role models and if I was Hocking Stuart I would clone them! We have now had the pleasure of selling two homes through Robert Pulia at Hocking Stuart. We could not rate our experiences higher.
