We have now had the pleasure of selling two homes through Robert Pulia at Hocking Stuart. We could not rate our experiences higher. From the first meeting with Robert to after sales follow up, Robert is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and provided regular, detailed reporting , helping to guide us through each step of the selling process. The first home we sold through Rob sold prior to auction, returning considerably more than the set reserve. The most recent experience allowed us to see Rob in action as an Auctioneer and our family thought he was nothing short of brilliant - again achieving much more than our set reserve! A considerable crowd attended the auction, which was testament to the marketing campaign. Rob also arranged a coffee van to offer free coffees to onlookers. He's sincere and articulate and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Rob to anyone looking to buy or sell.
