Rob always presented in a professional manner, and was thorough. As promised, he kept us informed regarding interest in the property. He handled the auction quite well. One of the reasons we chose Rob was that we knew that he was conducting the open houses himself, and was also conducting the auction. A minor disappointment was that after the auction and document signing, there was little in the way of celebration activities - this was a major event for us, and it seemed a bit rushed after the sale.

I was referred to Simon via a contact, and upon meeting Simon, felt that he was approachable and conducted himself in a very professional and friendly matter. He works with the client to maximise the potential of the sale. He listens carefully and tailors a solution to meet client needs. He provides clear information on the sales process and welcomes questions. As part of the process we both agreed that the property needed to be improved for sale (such as carpets, painting and gardening). Simon coordinated with contractors to ensure that the styling and presentation of the home was of a very high standard and was done in time for inspections to commence. Throughout the weeks of the campaign Simon was in contact, advising me the level of interest and number of groups that went through the property. Miranda sent through a concise and detailed report showing the exposure that property had and the level of interest from prospective buyers.
