We'd had difficulty selling our house with another agent. I contacted Brett on a friend's recommendation, despite being under lockdown for coronavirus. With a 'can do' attitude, Zoom conferencing, and Sarah's efficiency, we'd sold within two months of that first call for a good price. Social distancing restrictions demanded Brett to sell the house without having been in it, which did not seem to faze him- a remarkable achievement. Interactions with the team were clear, prompt and professional. I have no hesitation recommending Brett for any sales challenge.
