Brett was able to see the range of potential buyers for our property from both Mornington and beyond, rather than focus on developers. He was very enthusiastic and positive throughout the campaign and gave welcome advice on how to best present the property. His advertising and drumming up interest skills were outstanding. His communications were detailed and informative. On the day of the auction Brett was a skilled and energetic auctioneer with a good sense of humour and able to encourage the bidders to give just a bit more. I’d highly recommend him to any seller.

Bill & Sarah were charming to work with and their communication was very good. We sold at too low a price which was our fault for not getting more than one valuation and not fully understanding the changing housing situation. We did not do enough market research ourselves so I suggest that you understand the value of your property, do due diligence and Bill and Sarah will do their best to get the price.
