Bill was on the ball as far as the local market was concerned. He evaluated the overall market and our positioning within same and came up with a realistic pricing. He provided good good market coverage ( with plenty of feedback ) to find a buyer for our unit at a good price. He kept me well informed during the whole process. I highly recommend him to any potential sellers or purchasers
