After speaking with a number of local agents regarding the sale of my elderly mothers home in Mt.Waverley, our whole family unanimously chose Mark Watkins. He impressed us with his sincerity and what was obviously a genuine passion for Real Estate. Throughout the whole of the process leading up to the auction, he left us in no doubt that we had made the right choice. Over this period he was in constant communication with us regarding every detail, no matter how small. He was amazing in the care and compassion he showed our mother throughout the whole process. On auction day Mark was nothing short of brilliant. He worked extremely hard to eventually end up with a sale price far better than we dared to hope for. We could not be any happier with outcome delivered by Mark and his team. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Mark and Hocking Stuart to any one contemplating the sale of property in Mt.Waverley.

We began the process to sell our family home of 53 years by researching various agents, attending auctions, liaising with several and personally meeting with two. Mark and his team were standouts from the beginning and we were not disappointed. Mark's knowledge of the market was spot on and he often went above and beyond to assist us, as he stepped us through the process. We can honestly say, it was a very enjoyable six weeks with an awesome result on auction day. We found Mark to be an honest and enthusiastic person, very professional yet approachable and always welcomed our calls.

Thank's for the effort taken to finalize the sale of the above property. Even though it took a little while to find the right buyer the experience was satisfying. I would have no issues in using this agent again if required.

It is my pleasure to recommend Mark Watkins to potential clients. Mark managed the sale of my elderly Mother's unit in Mt Waverley. Mark's professional and knowledgeable demeanor gave us confidence from the outset. He showed empathy and patience regarding the anxiety my mother had about the auction and went to great lengths to provide step by step information and reassurance during the process. Our weekly meetings kept us fully informed of the sale progress and it is to his credit that we achieved an amazing result. Do not hesitate to contact Mark for any real estate advice.

I found Stuart quite professional. He listened to us and offered a soliution that made the sale of our home 100% stress free. He was interviewved by us first and I chose him because he was straight down the line. Didnt do that high sell pitch. He was the only person we hadto deal with. He went out of his way to make it easy for us duing inspections and also the negiotation of our house. He sold our house within 3 weeks at an outstanding price. Highly recomend.

Likeable and trustworthy agent who has in depth knowledge of the current market and his local area and appropriate pricing or property. Not pushy but good at follow up. Happy to recommend for future clients.
