Sale achieved on day of auction

I met Mark when he was the agent selling a property within our portfolio of short stay accommodation apartments. He impressed me with his focus and his commitment to his task of achieving the best outcome for his client. Our business determined to sell a property we held in the same apartment block and I had no hesitation in selecting Mark to act as our agent in the process. The high regard I had formed of him was evident in his relationship with me during our sale process. His appraisal was considerably higher than other appraisals and he worked tirelessly with many inspections to secure a buyer. He is a very good communicator and is intent on developing a sound and enduring relationship with all stake holders. The buyer is also an investor and has committed his new purchase to our portfolio of properties. Mark was sensitive to our preference to retain the property within our portfolio. He pursued his sales task with energy and vigour.
