As interstate investors it was critical that we found an honest agent that would assist with more than just the listing. Mathew and the team arranged competitively priced tradesman to freshen the property after 12 years of rental. All work was completed whilst we were holidaying in Canada and listed shortly thereafter. The property presented really well and we had good interest which led to a sale prior to auction. In the negotiation phase Mathew's level of communication was exceptional, lessor agents would have conditioned us to taking the first offers presented. having moved from Sydney 18 years ago, we trusted his local and market knowledge and are very happy with the final result. We had an excellent experience with the recent sale of our home by Mark Jackson. A lot comes down to Mark’s communication which is direct and honest. He made it clear what our options were at the beginning and set our expectations well. At no point did we feel unsure of how the sale was progressing or that there was anything more that could be done. From a process point of view, we learnt so much about house sales despite this not being our first rodeo. He provided verbal and written reports at least twice weekly during the campaign. The reports were detailed and easy to follow. They allowed us to look back around auction time and feel we understood the buyers and what to expect for the sale. He has a team around him who also worked hard in the lead up and through the campaign and were a pleasure to deal with. We will not hesitate to have him manage any future house sales.

Mark was calm, professional and exceedingly personable at all times, providing extensive experience and expertise - which significantly relieved the stress of selling our home. He is highly astute commercially, has a wonderful understanding of market dynamics and his strategic thinking was first class. He worked tirelessly and assiduously contacting a number of different data bases as well as those who had inspected the property in order to maximise impact. This resulted in large numbers at viewings and culminated in a significant number of bidders at the auction. Mark treated all buyers equally and fairly which created trust on both sides. We received prompt and thorough feedback from each open house with strong rationale for any recommendations.
