Exceptional agent with five star service
We recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and his colleague Georgina. We met with five local agents when narrowing down our search for the best agent in the area. Tom and Georgina were head and shoulders above the rest both in terms of service and competitive pricing. Their key selling points were an open and honest communication style, the ability to organise minor renovations for us, their clear consideration of our personal circumstances and a unique marketing strategy. They delivered seamlessly in all areas and we were very grateful for their responsiveness and open communication style especially when it can to negotiating our pre-auction sale. We are extremely confident that Tom and Georgina were able to maximise the sale price of our home despite declining market conditions. I would particularly like to acknowledge all of the hard work Georgina put in to help us finish our renovations, this made the sales process so much smoother and less stressful for us. Good Communication, Good Results and knows his stuff

Very Impressed
I’ve yet to deal with someone so personable. Someone who genuinely has your interests as a goal and priority. Which is very refreshing from past experiences. Making the process less stressful and enjoyable. Highly recommended and someone we will use for all properties moving forward.

Could not have picked a better agent!
We recently sold our apartment at 2/107 Chandos St Crows Nest with Helen Wilson from Belle property - and could not have picked a better agent! Her dedication, professionalism and personal touch made the selling process easy and stress free. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and was extremely hardworking and diligent in her selling approach from start to finish. Through her hard work - she was able to sell our property well above reserve, which I believe was also a record for one bedrooms in Crows Nest! We could not be happier with the result and would highly recommend Helen to anyone who is selling their property in the area.

Professional and dedicated from start to finish
Tom and Georgina went the extra mile to get our apartment sold in the short window between us returning to Sydney from overseas and having a baby. Just before we returned, Georgina managed to get a replacement carpet quoted and installed within a week, after a stain from the outgoing tenant was discovered. Her management of the pre-campaign preparation was flawless. Tom worked tirelessly in a slowing market to secure a sale a week before our baby came! His communication was second-to-none and usually we got at least one (and often many) updates each day. After our auction passed in he was very reassuring and quickly amended our strategy to achieve a private sale. When the time came to close the deal Tom acted swiftly to get the best available price and secure an unconditional exchange. I couldn’t recommend Tom and Georgina more highly!

Great to work with.
In a softer market, instead of encouraging us to let go of our property for less than market value, Tom worked very hard and left no stone unturned to ensure we secured a good result. This is the second property Tom has sold for us and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

Superb Scarpers!
I knew years before I sold that I wanted Tom to be our agent. Tom gave me a quiet phone call every few months for 2 or 3 years prior to our sales to inquire how my family and I were going and to discuss the market with me. Unlike all other agents in our area with whom we had contact, he never put the hard sell on. Simply put, Tom and team were incredible throughout the whole process, making us feel like the most important clients in the world. Checking in with us daily with updates and questions, and a level of thoroughness, expertise, person-ability and patience that is rare to find in a sales professional. Selling my house with Tom was actually a joy, and I miss the daily strategy calls!
