Tom and Georgie at Belle Neutral Bay did a fast and expert job of selling my investment apartment in Neutral Bay. They were always friendly and courteous, and reported in regularly. They achieved a result that was not as high as I would have liked but was satisfactory in a challenging market in early January. Matt provided a service that was real. He was actually a genuine Agent. He and his team were honest, upfront and showed a passion and real interest in selling our property for the best price from day one. His communication was always timely, his team professional and courteous. Most of all I admired the length he went to of his own accord to make our property desirable. There was never a chance it wasn’t going to sell. In a competitive market, we felt he always set our property apart from the competition with his ideas and knowledge. When we did sell, each member of his team called to say congratulations. They all had a vested interest. He wasn’t the first agent we have used but will definitely be the last.
