We’ve known Tom as an estate agent now for a number of years. We bought our house in Sydney from him back in 2012 and subsequently sold through him as well in 2015 ( so that must tell you something of our satisfaction with him). He is a committed professional with a very good knowledge of the market in the North Sydney, Mosman, Manly, Waverton, Wollstonecraft catchment and is a great communicator with a lovely sense of humour. A committed family man. Recently (April 2019) we had no hesitation in contacting Tom again to sell our apartment in Cammeray. He managed to achieve a very pleasing price for the property in a tight market and over a busy holiday period and the Federal election. We can’t recommend him highly enough.
