The Agent that delivers you the results
We signed with Mark and Christian because of their enthusiasm and experience with selling properties our neighbourhood in North Sydney. They are proficient, polished, committed and energetic from the get go. Mark is especially honest and communicative. The team ran a fierce marketing campaign through the market downturn and even through the Easter and ANZAC break. Not to mention that our auction was a week before the federal election. Christian and the principal Mark were amazing. They ran a strong campaign, communications about the progress through email, text, phone calls and a weekly face to face was top notch. Having bought and sold in many regions globally, I can say they have been one of the best teams. I couldn't have had a better campaign ran, brought in more prospective buyers with any other team. These guys fought hard to find the right buyer in a declining market where most auctions were passed in.. Having a great Agent
Mark recently sold my property before auction in what was a down market and yet still well exceeded the complex's highest record price (achieved in a peak period). This was obtained due to his outstanding knowledge of the lower north shore and how best to market the property and importantly his reading of the prospective buyers. He has outstanding communication and negotiating skills. I was totally confident with Mark from the first meeting. He backed up his recommendations with examples and importantly everything he said he would do through the campaign he did; phone calls after every opening, weekly written reports and a weekly one on one update meeting. He has such an easy approachable style together with being very committed and always determined to produce the best results for his client. He totally represents your best interests. Mark is outstanding, there is no one better you could choose to sell your property and whilst selling can be stressful I found Mark made the whole procedure to flow and be enjoyable and before I realised the outstanding result was done! Excellent experience
The sale of our investment property was an excellent experience under Mark's guidance. Considering the media reports that the housing market had dropped in value, we were guided by Mark with regard to the timing of the sale and expected price. Mark managed the entire process professionally and provided us with a result that exceeded our expectations.
