Our expiriemce with Monica from Bell Property was excellent. We had viewed other properties with other agents from the same company and never had such a great agent experience. Her warm personality, knowledgeable and well prepared for questions and general chat where what made us feel comfortable to start this process. She was also kind to everyone that approached her which is rare in this industry, sadly. I think there should be more agents like her, not acting arrogant or superior, and making you feel you are at the right place when you get there.
