Patrick, Monica and Anthony's service was absolutely flawless during the recent sale of our property. We could not be happier. We had alot on our plate to manage viewings around our three very young children, however they were always able to provide us with the flexibility we needed, and with a positive, "no problems" attitude. Their communication and campaign reporting was impeccable, allowing us to know exactly where we sat in the market. I think the nicest thing out of this whole process, though, is James and I came out feeling like we had made new friends.

I had a great experience with James as he was very attentive and even though I was just selling an apartment and the commission wasn't huge, I felt I got his time. He is very quick to respond to messages and works with a great team in Danielle & Baxter. As I have had experience with a lot of other Belle agents in Lane cove, I can say James has been a standout (along with Kym). While I would recommend James from Belle, my recommendation to others in using Belle would be dependent on the agent as I don't feel my experience has been consistent across all of Belle Lane cove. Also, I have only recently realized through friends buying and selling property, that their agents have been sending them congratulations gifts. It's not so much the gift, but the thought behind it and it's a bit disappointing that selling a 850k property and buying a $3m property, all through Belle Lane cove, hasn't even warranted a congratulations card, let alone a bottle of champagne! I would expect more from a high end real estate.
